On day 2 we:

Went to church . . .
Learned to crochet dish rags . . .
Ate fried plantains (yes, mom even tried one!) . . .

sorry I can't spell or write. My baby is teething so sleep is lacking. What I meant to write is... that I am glad to see all the hours spent crocheting in Nauvoo are being put to good use. :)

Hmm... interesting that you fried plantains! we have seen so many of them at sam's club lately. is that something that Nick ate on his mission?

Looks like you're having fun! I've never had plantains, but I know Mark used to have them a lot in the Dominican Republic.
