Parent Conferences
This week is parent conference time. With twice the number of students as the rest of the grades, Renae and I get to pull 4 days in a row instead of 2--bummer. But, I do have the best husband ever! After a long, long night of parent conferences I came home to a wonderful dinner. I would very likely starve without him (he makes me lunches too!) We had a lot of laughs about things I have found out about my students while talking to their parents--kids are so funny! Only two more nights of this late-night craziness and then it will be back to business as usual :)

Em - I am also doing the conference business this week. I HATE CONFERENCES!!!! It is great to get to know the kids families...but you have to stay SO long. Especially for 40 kids. I feel your pain. And...Fult doesn't cook! So two strikes - late nights with macaroni! :) Just keep telling yourself...two more days...two more days. Or you could pray for a snow day - We got one tomorrow!!! YEA!!!
have a party when your done and veg out!
Hi Emily! Sounds like you are keeping busy! Ammon and Liz are in our ward, and are two of our favorite people. That's cool that you are related!
What a great hubby to cook dinner, and lunch for you. I feel for you about conferences! I would hate that. Good luck.
I'm with Ady... conference days are some of the worst! Good for nick for being such a good husband!
Just remember that it is one more day off of your chain. Good luck with the rest of your week. It is also too bad that Utah seems to think we can handle all the snow and keep going to school that the rest of the world shuts down for. Oh well.
business as usual being only semi-late night craziness. You rock!
