I don't actually like Crème Brûlée, but it was pretty fun to make this week - and Nick said it turned out great. The recipe makes 8, but since Nick would be the only one eating it I decided to 1/4th the recipe and ended up with 4 small snack-sized Crème Brûlées.

I've always wanted to make creme brulee. I will have to try this out.
Can't believe you don't like it. That's ok, I still like you. Looks like it turned out great. You're a good sport to make it anyway.
