Dad & Dedee spent last week driving across the country doing family history research. They spent some time in upstate New York, and my plan was to meet them up there. The October snow storm messed up those plans, but we got lucky when they found a cousin with information on the family in Lancaster, PA.
They drove down to talk with Sue and I was able to meet them there. It will be great to have another contact with more insight and stories about family ancestors! After a nice visit with Sue at her yarn shop, we enjoyed a yummy steak dinner and parted ways. It was so nice to see family, even if it was only for a few hours!

Nice! And you guys have already-found cousins in Pennsylvania, too :) What are you guys doing for Thanksgiving? If you aren't going out of town, please come up and celebrate with us! Alex and Katie will be there as well as the Payne's!
