Utah Trip: Part 2

The week of Kamdyn's surgery I stayed a week at my sister's house. I loved spending time with the kids and hanging out with Jenn.

The boys played a lot together, so Emmy was my special buddy.

She wrote me lots of notes.

We made silly faces.

She showed me how she waters her garden (the flowers on the rug).

The best were her snuggles. She let me sleep in her bed, and every morning she would come into her room and snuggle with me and Bunny.
A couple of mornings I pretended to be asleep and she didn't want to wake me up by opening her closet doors, so she banged on her toy pans until I "woke up", then she would quietly open her closet. Silly girl :)

Did I mention that the boys played together a lot?
They built Lego action men.Tried to beat Grandpa at checkers.
Played Guess Who with Uncle Nick.
Cooked in Emmy's kitchen (Kamdyn's favorite place).
And ran around the house until they looked like this!

Or ghosts, or starfish, or the most amazing octopus (sorry no pictures of him, he was gobbled up too quickly).

Also not pictured were the smoothies. YUM!
