We didn't have a hay feeder for Daphne, so we were putting it in a bowl. She loves to dig in it and would have it scattered all over the floor. Not finding anything at the stores we liked, I set to making our own hay feeder out of a half-gallon milk carton.
Step One: Cut out a hole in the top to fill it with hay and a hole in the corner for her to eat out of.
Step Two: Make something to cover the milk label (because it just looks bad).
Step Three: Fill with hay.
Step Four: Watch Daphne enjoy her hay without making a huge mess all over the floor.

CUTE!
I have been a bad blog reader lately so I am just finding out about your bunny. So much fun. Just don't stop holding her because then they become mean and bite. Oreo is still cute but does not like to be held anymore.
Gigi and I held some brand new baby bunnies and I felt like a child again. I kept trying to convince David that we could actually have one, even though we will be gone for a month :) Congrats on the bunny. Maybe we can meet her when we are in Utah this July.
What a perfect solution! I'd love to meet Daphne sometime - I hear she's quite the cutie.
