Summer is creeping up on us and it won't be long before Nick is off to DC. We were starting to get a little nervous about the housing situation. Since we won't be taking a car this year and our time schedule for moving in and starting work is tight, we really wanted to stay in Fairfax Towers again this summer. It has a shuttle to the metro so Nick can easily get to work. It is also close to some shopping and grocery stores, so that is handy.
They usually don't let you reserve anything until 30 days prior to your expected move-in date, but we heard back today and we're in! One furnished apartment for us--whew!

How exciting!! You guys are going to be by MY hometown!! When are you heading out there? I'll be out there end of May beginning of June and I am having a baby shower! Will you be out then?

congrats that's great. Have fun this summer! Yeah we are excited to move but it will be sad to leave everyone!
