Disney on Ice
Princess Wishes

I saw an ad for Disney On Ice coming to Salt Lake a few months ago and really wanted tickets. Nick was a good sport to agree to go with me. We almost didn't get to go because of an after-school professional development scheduled for the same day, but we were able to make it.

It was such a great show!!! We splurged on $12 snow cones (ridiculous I know, but the cups are super cute!)

They did pieces of pretty much every great Disney show: Aladdin, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella.

There were cute little girls all over the place dressed up as princesses (even some moms were dressed up). I felt like a little kid and enjoyed myself way more than someone my age should at something like this--but it really was great! Nick even smiled through the whole thing.

They had AMAZING costumes, did great stunts and even had fire and fireworks. Just thinking about how much fun it was makes me want to go see it again!

That is great you went. I don't think we truly ever outgrow our Disney stage. I still love to watch the movies with the nieces and nephews.

My family went to Disney on Ice a lot when we were little and I LOVE IT! They are always so good! And the snowcones are hard to pass up. Yummy and cute. Just close your eyes as you hand over your millions :)

Sounds fun! I think my family went ONCE to a Something on Ice... I honestly don't remember so I have no idea what it would be like. I'm glad you know you guys loved it!! You both look so darn cute with those snowcones :)

That's super fun! I'm glad to know that you guys are getting out and doing fun things. I've been talking to Nicole and she says that you've been super stressed. I'm so sorry. I'd love to see you again!

I'm a little jealous you went. I saw the adds and though how fun that would have been to take Lauryn, but then I realized that she probably isn't quite old enough to really enjoy it and sit through it good! But I would have liked it.

I was thinking about you and Disney on Ice the while Tristan was watching an away Jazz game that night and the sports announcers said something about Disney on Ice going on at the Energy Solutions Arena. Anyway, sounds like so much fun. I'm glad everything worked out so you could make it. Your hair is getting so long! That means I haven't seen you in way too long!

Brings back memories of when we went together back in college! Remember? I was just thinking about it a couple of days ago because my friend and her little girl went:). Looks like you guys had lots of fun (and the snow cones look totally worth the $12:))
