A lonely weekend
Well, I just got home from school at almost 9:30. We had Back-to-School night and I had a great turn out with parents. The days are long, but they are getting more fun and less stressful (at times)!
Nick left this morning for California and he won't be back until Saturday so the house is lonely. He will be interviewing with 3 law firms while he is there. It will be a busy time for him but we're really excited! It's wonderful that he can spend time with his family while he is there. He's excited to go running with Doug.

Poor Em! I wondered if you were lonely... It's no fair when spouses have to be separated just for work purposes! :) I'm glad school is getting (a bit) easier. And good luck to Nick!
Come on Em, you've got grandpa right upstairs!! :)hehe. At least it's not longer that he is gone. Glad school is going good for you. Are you enjoying kindergarteners compared to high schoolers? Well, maybe we can all go out to dinner tomorrow night before audrey's wedding reception.
Nat, I did call on grandpa for company tonight-we watched Andy Griffith! Dinner tomorrow night would be so much fun :) Let me know if it's going to happen.
