A glance back on my life so far:

20 years ago . . .
1. I was 5 1/5 years old and getting ready for Kindergarten at Durrant--yeah for Mrs. Rowley's class!
2. I loved playing outside and spent most of the coming years in the front yard jump-roping after school.
3. I had big cheeks and fluffy bangs!

10 years ago . . .
1. I was a sophomore in high school looking forward to getting my driver's license.
2. I played volleyball and made some great new friends.
3. I worked for my dad at Photo Quik.

5 years ago . . .
1. I lived in Nauvoo for 3 months and made some of my BEST college friends (hey girls!!)
2. I made the decision to attend BYU instead of UofU--the best choice I could have made.
3. I decided to major in Family & Consumer Sciences Education.

3 years ago . . .
1. I worked the 6 am shift at BYU Independent Study and couldn't have survived without hot chocolate and chit-chat with Shauna and Kara.
2. During the summer, my good friend Barb convinced me that I could be brave and send an email to Nick (my crush at the time) so he wouldn't forget about me over the summer (thanks, Barb)!
3. Nick and I started dating : )

1 year ago . . .
1. I graduated from BYU.
2. Nick and I spent a great summer living in Virginia and relaxing back in Utah.
3. I started teaching Kindergarten-a crazy adventure!

So far this year . . .
1. I survived teaching Kindergarten.
2. We've moved from Utah to Virginia, then California and will soon be back in Utah.
3. I'm attempting to prepare for teaching High School.
