Spring has practically come and gone.

March and April were incredible months for spring blossoms here. In March we had the cherry blossoms come out.

During the first weeks of April these beautiful trees sported their large flowers. They were everywhere, and in every shade of pink.
Those are now mostly gone and the bushes are starting to blossom. I have honestly never seen such full, bright bushes. The hot pink bushes are literally fluorescent looking.

I have always enjoyed spring, but out here it may just take the cake as my favorite season. The trees are all leafed out and I am reveling in opening my windows to see the beautiful trees. We have such a great view here I hate to think of having to give it up someday (since we're renting).

Last night Nick and I sat on the porch and watched two small brown rabbits hop about on the lawn. It doesn't get much better than that.
